Client Portal
Every client's personal area — proposal, signature, payment, requirements and files. This page doubles as the guide.
Visit
The portal is your project's home with us. Every client gets one personal address — portal.twin-ex.com — holding everything that happens in the project, organized and current, in Hebrew and English, light and dark.
There is no password to remember and nothing to install. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, and from that moment you see exactly where things stand — what was approved, what was paid, what's waiting on you and what's on us.
A typical digital project scatters the client across dozens of emails, attachments, a contract on WhatsApp and a payment link that expired. Anyone who doesn't live this daily loses the thread — where's the latest proposal? What exactly did I sign? What have I already paid?
We replaced that mess with a single address. Every step of the journey — quote to delivery — happens in the portal, and this page explains exactly what to do on every screen.
Sign in with an email code — no passwords
On the sign-in page, enter the email you registered with. Within seconds a 6-digit code arrives — type it in and you're in. Codes are valid for 10 minutes and every sign-in gets a fresh one. If it didn't arrive, check spam or tap "resend".

After signing in you get a personal greeting and a live status picture — which phase the project is in, what the next action waiting for you is, and top navigation to every area. Everything here is live-synced with the system running your project on our side.
Proposal → signature → payment, on one page
The "Proposal & Payment" page holds the whole deal. Read the proposal line by line, accept the terms with a digital signature (scrolling to the end is the signature), then pay in a secure PayPlus form that opens inside the page — card installments available. The moment payment lands: a confirmation screen, an official receipt to your email, and the project kicks off.

Instead of one intimidating questionnaire, the portal breaks what we need from you into small, clear items — copy, logo, access — with a progress meter showing how much is left. Every item is explained in plain language, at your own pace; we see each update instantly.
Files & deliverables — everything in one place
Everything that moves between us — drafts, documents, final deliverables — lives in the files area, organized by category. Upload straight from the browser (large files included) and download any deliverable at any time. Nothing gets lost in email.
Retainer — the care after launch
Once the project is live, the retainer page shows the three maintenance plans — Basic, Pro and Premium — with transparent prices on an annual or monthly track. Pick a plan and your site stays fast, secure and looked after.

One client, one address. Instead of dozens of emails — an always-current picture, an automatic receipt on every payment, and zero "wait, where was that?". The portal is wired to the same system that runs your project on our side — so what you see is exactly what's happening.
Stuck anyway? Every screen has a way to reach us, and support@twin-ex.com always answers.
