1. Who we are
Twin-Ex (twin-ex.com) is a two-partner digital studio based in Israel. Reach us at contact@twin-ex.com.
2. What we collect
Contact form / email: name, email, and the message you send us. Analytics: aggregated page views, device type, country (via Google Analytics 4 — activated when the domain goes live). No cross-site tracking, no ads. Cookies: a single first-party cookie remembering your cookie-banner choice and your language preference (en/he).
3. Why we collect it
To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote. To understand which pages drive interest so we can improve them. To remember your language and consent so we don't re-ask.
4. Who we share it with
Nobody, with these exceptions: Google Analytics (anonymised), Vercel (our hosting provider, for log retention), and Microsoft 365 (email). We never sell your data.
5. How long we keep it
Emails: as long as the project conversation is active + 7 years (Israeli accounting requirement). Analytics: 14 months max. Cookie choice: until you clear it.
6. Your rights
Under Israeli Privacy Protection Law (5741-1981) and the EU GDPR (if applicable), you can request access, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email contact@twin-ex.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

We use cookies only when you accept the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent any time by clearing your browser's cookies for twin-ex.com.
8. Changes to this policy
When this page changes meaningfully, the "Last updated" date above gets bumped. Material changes will also be announced on the home page.
