Why our prices are 30% below the Israeli agency median.

Three structural reasons. None of them are 'we cut corners'.

The world changed with AI.

A project that took 200 hours a year ago takes 40–60 today. Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, Relume, modern Next.js scaffolds — the work that used to be hand-typed is now generated, reviewed, and shipped. We pass that compression directly to you. You're not paying for 200 hours of work that doesn't exist anymore.

We're a new studio building a portfolio.

Twin-Ex was founded in 2026. Until we have a stable book of clients and a portfolio of measurable case studies, we price low on purpose — to grow that base fast. Prices will rise as the portfolio fills. If you engage us now, you're getting tomorrow's quality at today's introductory rate.

Transparency is itself a saving — for both sides.

About 90% of Israeli agencies hide pricing behind a 'contact us' button. That means days of back-and-forth, three discovery calls, and a quote that arrives with a 50% markup baked in to cover the sales overhead. We skip all of that. The number you see on the site is the number you pay.

Design

Relume generates the wireframe scaffold from your brief in minutes. We then redraw it by hand — keeping the parts that work, killing the generic. The first round of mockups arrives in 24 hours, not three weeks.

Build

Claude Code and Cursor pair with us through every file. Code review is conversational, refactors are surgical, and the human pair (one of us) catches what the AI misses. The output is cleaner than any solo engineer ships, in a fraction of the time.

Automation

n8n + OpenAI / Claude flows replace the boring layers — email triage, content classification, document generation, integrations between SaaS tools you already pay for. We write the flow, you own it, it runs forever.

Documentation

Every project ships with a Notion / Confluence space generated alongside the code — the AI helps us keep it up to date, so when a developer joins your team in 18 months, they read 30 pages instead of asking 30 questions.

ON PROJECT FLOOR

Our project floor is ₪2,000. Here's why.

Below this number, we say no — and we'll tell you why.

Below the floor, ROI flips for both sides.

Every project carries fixed overhead — discovery call, scoping document, design review, deployment setup, QA pass. That overhead is roughly the same whether the project is ₪1,500 or ₪15,000. Below ₪2,000, the overhead eats too much of the budget to leave room for real craft.

What we suggest instead.

If your need is under ₪2,000, we'll usually point you at one of three honest alternatives — a no-code builder (Webflow / Framer template), a freelancer for a single deliverable, or a deferred engagement once the scope grows. We'd rather tell you that than take your money for something that won't be great.

When the floor doesn't apply.

Retainers start at ₪600/month (Basic). If you're already a client and need a small addition to an existing project, the floor is waived — we're already in the codebase, the overhead is gone.

The floor exists to protect quality. If we can't do something well at the price, we shouldn't be doing it at all.
